In the living room, a cozy sectional sofa invites you to unwind with a 75" smart TV and strong Wi-Fi.
Outside, enjoy our chaise lounge chairs or gather around the gas fire pit in Adirondack seating for a peaceful evening. Start your mornings with coffee in the front rocking chairs, and let your furry companion roam freely in the fully fenced yard (front fence is 3 feet tall).
To help you make the most of your stay, we’ve added two standup paddle boards, beach chairs, two umbrellas, a Wonder Wheeler beach cart, and a small cooler (18-can capacity)—perfect for exploring the bay, which is just one block away.

About the Owner
Hi, I’m Kymberlie Berrien, and this Jersey Shore house has been a cherished part of my family since 1964. Growing up, I spent weekends here with my grandparents, and it’s where some of my happiest memories were made—including the day I introduced my (now) husband to my grandmom and grandpop! When our kids were born, I couldn’t wait to bring them here to share in the magic of my childhood, watching them play mini-golf, eat ice cream, and hunt for seashells in the same places I once did. In 2010, my husband Sean and I purchased the house from my mother’s estate and lovingly restored it—not to make it a sterile rental, but to preserve its warmth and personality. This isn’t just a vacation rental; it’s our home, filled with love and memories, and we’re thrilled to share it with you.
